NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership latelysubsisting between us the undersigned, Julius Friedrich Hans Maass and. James Bowness Clark, as Merchants and Exporters, at the city and County of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, under the firm of R. Thiedemann and Co., was, on the 30th June, 1891, dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said James Bowness Clark, who on that day retired from the business; and that all debts due and owing to or by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Julius Friedrich Hans Maass.
